Went here for a work thing. Wasn't busy on a Wednesday night. The food was very nice. Small menu, but I'd rather quality over quantity. Had the grilled fish for dinner which was amazing. The dessert wasn't as good as the main. But still nice. Atmosphere and ambiance is lovely. Staff were attentive and nice. Will be back.
We were very pleasantly surprised by Yves! We came on a Weekend night when everything was booked in Kiama. The look of Yves seemed super-fancy, and we almost didn't have a look, but my husband peeked at the menu and it wasn't any more expensive than anything else in the area. We were worried it would be stuffy and unwelcoming (because that's what it looks like), but the staff was delightful, we had excellent food, our daughter was happy, and they made great cocktails! I'm vegetarian, and my dish was delish and our daughter was pleased with hers from the kids menu.
We spent 5 days here. Had 4 dinner bookings. The special (Korean chicken) is so delicious
. Hubby enjoyed his pizza, they allow changes to the pizza menu. We enjoyed all our meals.. view over the water. Service over all is good. The same staff have been here for quite a few years.
We were visiting Kiama with a friend from the Gold Coast and decided that we should try Yves for lunch . It was a great decision. The whole experience was amazing, especially the service. The staff could not do enough the make our day so enjoyable , in particular our host Melissa. We will be back without doubt.
