The stay was amazing. So clean, staff is not there but very easily contacted and quick to respond/help. The pool and kids pool is a great feature. Location is great. Truly one of the best stays we stayed at.
Great to have a garage! Easy self check in! Apartment with carpet which personally I don t appreciate! Nice kitchen but could have more utensils! There are cockroaches! Nice room, nice toilet. Varanda with view to main street! Lot of shops around including supermarket next door. Cannot smoke in varanda which I find excessive! Toaster did not function and they substituted immediately. Overall a good stay!
The room was clean and tidy with a large balcony. The location was perfect! We didn't need to drive, everything we needed within walking distance including Woolworths and lots of food options. We left an important item in the room and Nathan reached out and we organised to get it posted back to us. Definitely recommend.
Great location. Lovely spacious room. We were given a two bedroom apartment 😊 Check in and out contactless and easy. Plenty of cooking gear and utensils. A very pleasant stay. Thank you
Our stay at Terralong was great. Good location, rooms were clean and comfortable. Kitchen was fully equipped. And checking in was automated and seamless. Only negative which will give then 5 stars is outside Balcony, stairs and yard should be washed and cleaned. Else it was a great stay. Will stay here again.
