A belligerent owner who gave me the 'dead-eye' as soon as I walked in. Took $30.00 deposit from me and when I returned the next day, was again treated like an insect. She wanted full payment upfront. I walked. She couldn’t refund the deposit as the payment machine was broken. There are no terms and conditions. Tourists beware – there’s something not right here. The business is not registered with the Massage Association of Australia, the Association of Massage Therapists or Massage and Myotherapy Australia. Note the owner writes her own Google reviews. No wonder they need staff. Avoid.

I have been coming to Siam Balance for the past 5 yrs now. I’m a local resident in Kiama and myself and the local people trust Siam Balance for their regular massage routine!
Without a doubt Siam Balance is the best massage business that I’ve ever been to in all of the south coast!
The atmosphere is calming and the therapists are highly skilled, professional and welcoming.
If you’re looking for a massage I highly recommend visiting Siam Balance !

The most amazing place to relax!!
The ladies at Siam are so welcoming and friendly. Everytime I walk in they remember who I am and go above and beyond to make sure I have a pleasant experience each time.
The whole space is quiet and relaxing as soon as you walk in you know you can switch off and take all your stress away.
They’re always so busy but manage to do their best to accommodate my needs!
Whenever I am sore from training or sport or just needing to unwind this is the first place I think of and call to book in!
Highly recommend to everyone!
