My stay at Shutters was just what I needed - a relaxing and rejuvenating getaway. I stayed on my own, and the studio had everything I needed - and more! The personal touches, such as bubbles, chocolate and my own choice of breakfast, was much appreciated. The location is perfect - a 5 min drive outside of Kiama centre, a stone's throw from the Little Blowhole, and a 4 minute walk to the fantastic Bar Padres. It's also super easy access to the Coastal Walk, and 10 mins to a quite beach. Marilyn was a perfect host - very prompt with communication and helpful with information for my stay. I can see how Shutters would be a lovely experience during any season of the year, and I look forward to coming back to stay again.

Shutters by the Sea is a magnificent, spotless, modern apartment located in a fantastic part of Kiama. It faces to the north, ensuring a great view plus plenty of sunshine.
We spent 3 nights here and and absolutely loved it!!
Marylin the host is a champion, who prior to our arrival provided valuable info helping make our arrival a faultless one, including info regarding local goings on, restaurants etc.
We thoroughly recommend Shutters by the Sea for a most enjoyable getaway!

Marylyn is very nice nice very helpful.
The room was just the right size and a bottle of champagne in the fridge for us to celebrate our wedding anniversary, it was a really nice touch
Plenty of breakfast provided from the hostess who was always ready to supply u with extra coffee capsules and clean tea towel.
Nice and quiet walking distance to a beautiful beach.

We thourghly enjoyed every moment of our stay at Shutters By The Sea. The studio was well appointed, view was beautiful and the host Marilyn was perfect. Listening to the waves and the little blowhole was just what we needed to relax. Our breakfast provision was plentiful and we were also greeted with a bottle of bubbly and cheese platter on arrival. The local cafes and stores are all a short drive and appointed with some of the friendliest people around. "Top Shop" located 4 minutes drive away has an array of local and organic products to try as well as any essential items we needed. We will definitely be returning to visit Marilyn and beautiful Kiama again in the near future.

Shutters by the Sea is a beautiful spot to stay in Kiama. We had a fabulous stay as a couple. The apartment is very comfortably set up and has a fantastic northern aspect. Its close to Kiama and all the great places and experiences including Penny Whistlers cafe, Koh Samui massage, fish and chips near the blowhole, Saddleback Mountain and coastal walks. We look forward to another visit.
Marilyn is fabulous host and the whole process from booking to stay was easy and a pleasure.

Shutters by the Sea is a magnificent, spotless, modern apartment located in a fantastic part of Kiama. It faces to the north, ensuring a great view plus plenty of sunshine.
We spent 3 nights here and and absolutely loved it!!
