Just wanted to thank Chris for the fantastic service we got today. We called in at around 4pm with what appeared to be a relatively minor but urgent issue but it turned out to be quite fiddly and time consuming for Chris. He did a wonderful job and was very patient considering it was a bigger job than any of us were expecting and that we had just rocked up unannounced near the end of the day! If I lived in the area he would be my go to mechanic, but we were only passing through. Thanks again Chris, you made our day and our journey home safe!

I feel bad writing this but I’ve no where else to turn. I have never experienced such bad service as I have with Kiama central automotive.
Hello, if you’re open could you please answer my calls? You’ve had my car for months and promised a quote when it first got dropped off. I’m still waiting on this quote. You have my number and email. I have managed to talk to you a total of 3 maybe 4 times and every other time you don’t answer your phone, it rings out to a voice mail that is forever full. I’ve offered to take my car elsewhere if you felt you didn’t have time and you always tell me you do have time and you’ll get to it, I have also told you I’ll call you back when you say you’re “a bit busy at the moment” but that’s on me assuming you’d actually pick up again. You’ve promised to A: call me back, you never have. B: send a quote, you still haven’t. Could you please get back to me in some way shape or form?
I hate that Ive had to turn here to try and contact you.

I was travelling to Berry from
Newcastle and my van started playing up and engine light came on. Called in and they fitted me in straight away and fixed the problem. Amazing customer service and efficient service. Highly recommend to anyone.

Have always booked my car with Chris. He's always been upfront and honest. Being female it's hard to trust some mechanics from past experiences, however I've built trust with Chris and Kiama Central Automotive. Wouldn't leave my car in the hands of anyone else.
