The sour cherry danish is flaky, crispy and full of flavour. Great coffee too. A nice surprise on a weekend trip. Some locals told us they work their through all the different danish with a different one each visit then start again. Can't wait to come back again and try the breads too.

Didn't live up to my expectation. Buns quite expensive but lacking in quality, coffee was also a letdown. Cheesecake was very nice. A patisserie visit should be a good experience but for me this wasn't. Everybody has different tastes and expectations so might review differently. For me, 2 visits, 2 ok buns, 1 nice cheesecake, 2 bad coffees

Spending the weekend in Kiama, we decided to get some baked goodies for breakfast. Parfait was highly recommended on Google so we decided to give them a go.
Very good pastry, sampled their Almond croissants, Peach&Rhubar Danish . 4 out of 5 for the pastry, nice flavors ,the sweetness was just right; the only downside was the texture. It wasn't as flaky ;it probably needed a bit of reheating. Which I did with a fan forced oven (* at the cabin), and the taste was even better, crispy, and flaky.
Try to get the pastry fresh in the morning.Parfait is popular with locals and tourists; however, service is quick, the staff are very friendly and the shop immaculate. I didn't try the coffee, but judging by the customers, it must be decent. So many combinations and options to try.
I will visit again, maybe this time I will try the coffee and the house special baked fresh daily.

Must-visit patisserie for anyone visiting/passing through the south coast. Excellent variety of cakes & pastries. The cakes were delicious and beautifully presented. Faves were lemon meringue & lime and strawberry tart.

Troy is a super star!
He made our wedding cake, an Italian millefoglie with layers of custard, covered in raspberries. It was absolutely delicious and stunning to look at. Many guests had multiple pieces, so many compliments!! He delivered the cake to the venue.
10/10 would recommend!
