Made arrangements for Mark to come to our place to look at our car on the following day. Following day he never showed up. I rang and got his answering service and left a message for him to call me back as I was waiting for him to come to our place as previously booked the day before. He never returned my call or showed up Wasted a whole day because of this.
I was looking for honesty because I went to an auto electrical shop for service on my a/c they quoted me 800 to repair and re-gas my a/c. Mark came out put gauges on my a/c told me he couldn't re-gas my a/c it was full, wasn't leaking gas. I noticed the eco button was pushed in making the clutch release the compressor and stopping my a/c from working completely. Service call out 80 one less zero. The car doesn't get driven often to find the issue myself but without Mark's honesty the second zero would've been the wrong decision and cost me bigtime. Thanks Mark highly recommended..!
