Lars has replaced 2 outdoor taps for me and 2 for a relative. Same day response in both cases, 5 minutes on one occasion. We were happy with the cost and the workmanship and especially with the response time.

I highly recommend this honest plumber. Here's why. I called Kiama Plumbing and Drainage and told Lars my toilet kept flushing and the cistern needed a new valve (me the expert .. Lol). He asked for a photo. Once received he explained the whole cistern needs replacing as it's all made of plastic, which goes brittle and cracks over time, and to fiddle around with it would cost as much as replacing it all.
On the day that we had made the appointment, I arrived home late, and to my amazement, Lars had arrived earlier and was already finished. Perfect job.
No fuss. Arrived on time. Job cost as quoted (very reasonable).
Job done. Too easy. Thank you Lars.

Our hot water system reached the end of its life and Kiama Plumbing were at my door in ten mins to help me with the leaking water and discuss my options. My old system was removed and I have a new water heater installed and ready to use by 3pm the same day! Very pleased with the prompt and hassle-free service - 5 stars.
