Belinda is fabulous with our girl Rosie, who’s a total nervous Nellie at any dog groomers. You can see how much Belinda loves dogs and she does a brilliant job with Rosie every time.
Our dogs cut was fine and much needed. She is only 6 months old and has loved going to groomers or letting us groom her up until this visit. However our dog has not been the same since her visit. She is now aggressive every time we are even holding a hair brush, and snaps at us. We found Belinda rude and judgmental as we explained hardship in our family at the time had taken us a while to get to a groomer. We felt judged and dismissed. We have since heard other bad reviews from neighbours who have also had a bad experience and felt their dog was different after they had been there. We won’t be going back.
Belinda was great and communicated what she would do (groom, hair cut etc.) accurately. She clearly has a lot of experience and loves dogs. My puppy was scared but not because of her. More because he's generally nervous being left on his own with strangers.
Belinda is such a kind and gentle lady who obviously loves dogs and mine loves her! She does not only an excellent job but was helpful in giving advice to help me out! So generous! Great products used on my fur girl! I wait till I’m in Kiama to get my dog groomed....I live in Sydney! Thanks belinda!
Fantastic care for your pet and quality job. My dog has been traumatised by previous experiences with other services and turns into Cujo at the sound of clippers but Belinda was gentle and patient ensuring that my dogs well being was priority. Can't stop my dog strutting up and down the street. Thank you
