Our stay at Jamberoo Resort provided varied experiences, some positive and others requiring attention, in a setting close to Jamberoo Action Park.
Vegetarian Cuisine: As the resort is owned by an Indian, meals are exclusively vegetarian. While this might appeal to some guests, a broader menu variety could enhance the dining experience for all visitors.
Room Condition Concerns: The rooms seemed outdated and lacked maintenance. This detracted from the overall comfort and ambiance of the stay, highlighting a need for renovations or upkeep.
Owner Availability: There were instances where the owners were absent from the office when guests needed assistance. Improved availability and accessibility could enhance customer service.
Aged Spa Facilities: The spa facilities appeared dated and not up to standard. Guests might find it beneficial to explore alternative spa options elsewhere.
Family-Friendly Pool: On a positive note, the pool was a hit, especially for families with multiple kids. It provided a refreshing escape and entertainment for younger guests.
Proximity to Jamberoo Action Park: Being close to Jamberoo Action Park was a convenience for guests interested in exploring the park, adding value to the resort's location.
Overall, while the resort’s vegetarian offerings and proximity to the action park have their merits, improvements in room maintenance, owner availability, and modernizing amenities like the spa would significantly enhance the overall guest experience.
With some attention to these areas, the resort could further elevate itself as an appealing accommodation choice for visitors to the Jamberoo area.

What a cool place to stay, the recent renovation is gorgeous, looks nothing like before. We had dinner at the restaurant- food was amazing, staff was super nice, you could see they were still pretty green and can only improve but they did try hard. When the wine order took a bit long and we started eating main meal without it, we just asked if they could check on it and they apologised and took it off our bill- didn’t think they had to do that so unexpected but nice. The pool is awesome, sauna great, rooms were clean. I think this really has the potential to be an awesome getaway and wedding place, so much to do around it. We will definitely be back!

This place looks beautiful after the renovation. Unfortunately our room was not very clean, there was hair and dust along the floor in the bathroom, mould along the seal in the shower, there was a dirty drinking glass in the room which I almost used.
The restaurant isn't open every night which was disappointing and when we went for breakfast in the morning all that was on the menu to eat was ham and cheese croissants and banana bread, smoothies and coffee.
The most disappointing part was the croissants and banana bread were the ones you get from Coles! The bathroom in the restaurant was not very clean.
Whilst this place looked beautiful initially there were so many factors that made the stay disappointing.

We stayed here recently for 2 nights. The surrounds have great aesthetics….fantastic pool, gardens, champagne garden etc.
the room was nice. No powerpoint in our bathroom and no hairdryers supplied, so don’t forget to pack one along with a face towel/washer. They could do with a table in the room or installing a bench to the wall. I had to boil the kettle on the floor where the other powerpoint was. No breakfast facilities on site. They are still very new to everything so check in was very basic and drink service was slow. All in all though, it was a peaceful and relaxing stay and a bonus to have a lovely restaurant onsite.

We enjoyed the stay at the Suite room. It has a Spa bath which both kids & us enjoyed thoroughly. The resort also has a well equipped gym, a game room with table tennis & snookers, outdoor pool & jacuzzi.
