The owner needs to realise that meeting customers needs is a priority. I requested a quote if the the job would be more than expected only to find he had gone ahead and ordered parts for a job that was way beyond my budget and expected me just to pay for it. The labour charges are too expensive and a the owner difficult to work with. Never going back as there is a way better mechanic nearby!

Never experienced such bad service . Phoned these guys at 8 am to get a simple roadworthy . Was told to come in at 10 am which I did . They had a couple of customers ahead of me but apparently new customers are invisible . No acknowledgement or recognition . The guy just walked off left me standing for 10 minutes till I went in to the counter then looked disinterested and said he was busy , come back after 3 . Never going back to this unprofessional mob .

These guys did a great job doing what was necessary in getting my Mazda6 passed for rego. Clear communication. No surprises. On time. Good value.

I used a mechanic in Sutherland Shire on way home from work in March. Problem had been poor starting and idling. $1300 later and with a new battery the problem was still not solved.
I decided to try Gerrringong Village Auto and got them to do a diagnosis of the problem (which hadn't been fixed).
Bob tested the car and found 2 faults even though it had just been serviced.
The work was carried out when i could arrange to leave my car there for a day.
I had wasted $1300 and Bob fixed the car. I would not use any other repairer now. Happy with the service

Great service! Famous Friday arvo before the long weekend car emergency. We were on our way through town, 5 hours from home with a caravan in tow and the guys fit us in with zero notice and helped fix up our overheating problems. We made it home no dramas. I highly recommend Gerringgong Village Auto Centre.
