Great service from Forward Computers, Michael went the extra mile to help my elderly father with his IT issues. Patient, kind as well as technicallly proficient.
Julie and Michael are extremely helpful and very good at what they do! They saved my 12-year-old wedding videos & photos that were from a degrading CD. They went through the process with me and showed me how to access the new images & videos from an external hard drive. It is very reasonably priced. I will always contact Computer Forwards for all of my computer needs.
Michael was so lovely and easy to deal with. My problem was a quick one and he was able to help me immediately and I had everything back up and running again. Thank you Michael
Had our household wifi sorted for what I thought was a very reasonable price. Michael had a very pleasant manner & got things done in short order. Would have been much quicker had I stopped chatting while he was working. Will certainly use them in the future.
Within 24 hours BIG computer and printer issues solved by phone and personal visit by Michael. What should have been just a new printer installation meant Michael had to instal so many updates and one program that another computer technician couldnt instal- many thanks Michael. Had a deadline to get Agenda to all members printed and emailed as well. Michael got me there on time with a minimum of fuss and minimum of cost for all hours he had spent. Fran Egan
