We were very happy with the sale of our property through First National Coast & Country Kiama. Their Sales Representative that we enlisted, Andy Wharton, worked very hard at each step of the sale process, professionally managing all aspects of the sale process and keeping a very high level of communication with us at all times. Andy applied a very persistent approach and responded quickly to any new developments that eventuated throughout the sale process. From the start, he was realistic about our opportunities and was highly dedicated in giving our house the best exposure and opportunity to sell. The team at First National Coast and Country Kiama have been a pleasure to work with. For over 5 years they managed our rental property always securing good tenants who looked after the property well. They provided regular reports, including photos, on the condition of the property and were easy to deal with when any matters needed to be attended to. Then when we needed to sell the property they did a great job of marketing and secured an excellent price. I highly recommend them.
