My sister in law and myself had the most AMAZING 2.5 hour spa package here. The therapists Bianca and Amber were truly amazing and masters in their craft - it was the best facial massage i have ever had and I have had many! Can't wait to come back!

The experience was nice. We did the spa package facial and relaxing massage. It was bliss and I would recommend this treatment to anyone! The only feedback would be that they didn't get back to my email booking request. I had to call the hotel a few times and leave a message after a few days of no reply. Thereafter they were diligent in replying back to emails to confirm booking. Also, they could only accommodate us early like 10am as booking times are limited and when one of us decided to wap treatment and do the hot stones instead they couldn't accommodate because the stones were not prepared as we didn't book that in. So not much flexibility. I'd suggest book way in advance and if you're getting hot stone make sure to tell them early so they can prepare as I doubt if you decide there on the spot it won't be ready.

Shocking customer service!! My two friends and I were booked into Bella Spa last weekend for a spa day. We travelled over an hour to get there, during our girls weekend away which the whole weekend was arranged solely around the spa day. On arrival after a long drive, we were surprised to find a locked door and a note stuck on the door to say it was closed. Not one person had the curtsy to call and cancel our booking, or let us know the spa had to shut that day. we went and informed the hotel reception, who didn't have sympathy or consideration at all and actually made a joke of offering us free coffee, before then saying that was a joke and we can't have that really. Even after we left, we received no call or email or communication of any kind to apologise for our inconvenience. Customer service at its absolute worst in my opinion. if that is how you treat clients then it says a lot about the business. Would strongly advise anyone to avoid the Mecure Hotel Gerringong, and Bella Spa!

Emma at Bella spa was absolutely incredible! She organised a suitable time to fit me in, and the treatment could not have been faulted (Bella Experience). I'm already trying to work out what I can do next! Thanks Emma!

Very Unwelcoming receptionist then the massage started 5 minutes late and then finished 5 minutes earlier than the hour which was booked. With this service and shorter than booked time would not recommend after this experience.
