Very helpful and friendly service! The guys fixed us up with a tyre patch on short notice. Definitely recommend as a good bunch of blokes.

Whilst I understand these places are busy with people dropping in without appointments, they could do better with their Customer Care. I called ahead of time out of curtesy as I was stuck on a highway being towed to Tyre Power with a flat tyre. I met the Manager Ben & asked him if he could plug my tyre or replace it with my spare & he said he would look at it first, not once did he say hello or smile, okay maybe he had a bad morning, I get it, but if you're the manager of a business, can you at least try or get someone else to manage my situation. After 15 mins I see him attending to my tyre & he says "new tyre", I am thinking he meant that my flat tyre was a new tyre & I said yes it was fairly new thinking he was just going to plug it up, he did not once say what he was going to do, then after 30 mins he said "all done" & then I asked him what caused the flat tyre & he said he didn't know but it had a big gaping hole in it & placed a new tyre on it, say what !! Here is the thing, why did he not tell me he could not plug it up & 2nd, why did he not replace it with my spare ? I don't have a lot of money & I didn't even get a choice of what tyre to replace the flat with ! I was pissed, paid the $175 he told me it cost & left ! What I should have said to him was, considering the non-communication of what was being done, could I have a discount off this new tyre please, but I didn't ! My husband said don't go back to this place & don't recommend them to anyone else & I won't ! BTW, I work in an industry where Customer Care is paramount so I do know how important it is on first impressions too !

Walked in this morning to get a tyre replaced, he had me in and out in less than 30 minutes, great service, nice employees

So I turned up without an appointment, had a nail in my front tyre, the boys were on lunch, however, they said to wait 10 minutes and then they sorted me out. They fixed my tyre and I was out of there within half an hour and I was happy with the fee charged. This is not the first time that Ben and the boys have been more than helpful and friendly with me turning up out of the blue needing help.

Awesome service had a flat tyre and the team were able to fill and repair my car! No issues since. Very professional and honest!
