Only just moved to the area. I like to have a couple of beverages mid afternoon on most week days. Within a couple of days the staff noticed my return and seemed genuinely pleased to see I had returned. Great beer, nice atmosphere, umbrella shaded seating out front, air conditioning inside, umbrella shaded garden seating out back for smokers and those with dogs. Friendly staff took my details to set up a membership for me.
I travelled to Kiama with my father in-law and some of his friends, on the steam-hauled "picnic train". One of our party had booked a table for us at the Kiama Inn Hotel, it was waiting for us when we arrived. I didn't have too much interaction with the staff here, but they appeared to be friendly and efficient. I ordered a beef burger with chips, this was ready fairly quickly, others in our party ordered slightly more elaborate meals, which took a while longer to prepare. The burger looked good on the plate, and was of such a size that I decided to use a knife and fork to eat it. The taste matched the expectations prompted by its appearance, every part of it was fresh, tasty, and well prepared. The chips were on-point, crispy skin, fluffy interior. A very enjoyable pub meal.
We had a weekend away and needed a place for Dinner. Walked in a Friday evening and were greeted by a lovely lady(landlord). The place was spotless. Even the bar was extremely clean and all the staff were have excellent Customer Service skills. The food was of 5⭐️rating. Price of rood and drinks were very reasonable. The Landlady paid great attention to details in everything. We were so impressed that we returned for a second night. Different food choices and once again - excellent. The Cocktails were great too. Full recommend to everyone. We will definitely be back ❤️
Dinner tonight at Tory’s was really good.Husband impressed with perfectly cooked vegetables. Not soggy like lot’s of places. Staff friendly. Spotless. Thoroughly Recommend.
Slowest service ever! Ordered lunch at 12.30pm, didn’t get the food until 2pm Apparently there is a sign at the bar counter stated 1hr delay with food orders but the sign is not visible! They should have stop taking food order if the kitchen unable to keep up. Asked for refund n refused, wasted 2hrs in this pub for shitty food! Don’t bother visiting this pub, spend yr money next door ! Look at the food pic, and tell me if this worth over $20-30?? Basic AF!
