I had an amazing experience with this company. The customer service I received was above and beyond anything I’ve ever experienced and I’ve brought a lot of things during my life. The e-bike was exactly as described and what I was looking for. Very happy with the price compared to e-bikes I’ve brought in the past. I totally understand how this business has been around for 40+years with customers service like this. Well done Kent, I’ll definitely be spreading the word.

Highly recommend 👌 👍 👏 I rented a board for 3 days from Natural Necessity and was super happy with the service, range and price. Definitely worth a look if you're in need of anything salty.

This surf shop, selling great surfing inspired clothing, wet suits etc has always been a great place to visit whether to have a meal in the cafe attached or to buy swimsuits. Last w/e my visitor wanted to go there to buy a surf board. He was a little “ in his dreams” but we went there and had a lovely exploration of all things surfing. He ended up buying a surf mattress and I got a great rubber diver’s cap for winter swimming. Plus I picked up the sweetest swimsuit for my grand daughter. Natural Necessity is a legend!

Best surf shop I have ever had the pleasure to browse through. So many boards to choose from and well worth a visit in Gerringong. Staff are great too, more than happy to share their knowledge.
