Absolutely excellent service! I had a problem with my deli fridge and called two other companies before reaching out to this team. They were the only ones who were able to fix the issue, and I couldn't be more impressed with their work. Not only did they quickly diagnose the problem, but their price was also far more reasonable compared to the other companies I tried. The team was professional, friendly, and responded to my inquiry right away. Plus, it’s great to support a local business that really knows their stuff. Highly recommend them for any fridge or maintenance issues — they truly went above and beyond!

Called through with the most rude and unprofessional greeting “Hello?!” ( no name or business stated when answering)
Me - Hi is this O2B ?
O2B - Yep
Me - It sais online your business is 24 hours is this correct?
O2B - Nup
Me - oh ok no worries, Thankyou.
O2B - Okay Bye.
Such a rude tone, like being inconvenienced and so unprofessional. Like where the is the customer service. If you’re not a 24 hour repair business don’t put it on your website and don’t have an attitude when someone is making an enquiry.

This company came to my rescue today.
They went out of their way to assist me with a fridge repair but unfortunately the fridge could not be saved.
They then pointed me in the right direction, after measuring my fridge and advising me as to the best fit for a new fridge that was suitable for my confined space.
They advised of an online reputable company I could look at appliances and purchase.
I contacted the online company and will have a new fridge tomorrow.
Their service was above and beyond plus their charges were much cheaper than any other repair company I contacted today and they came today not in a weeks time as other companies said they would come and quote a repair.
