I have had a completely positive experience with the Bombo Curtains & Blinds team from my first query call to in-store meeting to on-site measure to selection to quote & ordering to installation to follow up on minor issues. The team are professional, friendly, efficient, responsive and very helpful. Quoting was both time efficient and cost effective. Most importantly to me, the team 100% delivered on what they said they would (which is not always the case with curtain and blind suppliers). I highly recommend the Bombo Curtains & Blinds team to anyone looking for a quality and professional local curtain/blind service that delivers.

Beware, this has happened to me and at least one other person in Kiama:
I ordered roller blinds for the whole house, both semi block and total blockout with stainless steel draw strings. I was promised installation within 14 days. The installation date got delayed by 4 weeks. Not only that; it was a partial delivery and I had to wait a further 2 weeks for the remainder of the installation.
The stainless steel draw strings ordered and paid for were replaced with cheap plastic ones. They said that I’d have to wait several more weeks if I wanted what I paid for. No discount was offered.
The installation staff were professional and respectable. They were following orders I guess.
Admittedly, this happened in 2017 and I don’t know if it’s the same owner.
I later learnt that others have had similar experiences.
The next time I needed blinds for my business, I used Kiama Blinds and Curtains. They were honest, professional with quality material, delivering all their promises. 10/10 👍👍👍

We have used this company twice now and would not hesitate in recommending them. They made some gorgeous pelmets last year for a master bedroom and this week, we had some velvet drapes installed in our home theatre room. From measure and quote to installation, I cannot fault them. A very painless process. Many thanks to the team at Bombo blinds and curtains.

So happy with my curtains! Two ladies came to my house and help me decide on colours. They made sure the colours would work with my floors and new kitchen. The other quotes I got never helped at all and were way more expensive.

Very unhappy with product and lack of service.
Was installed too narrow light floods in.
Was told can install blinds to all the finished windows and when last window was installed and complete at the end of reno in a few months can order just the one. So in a
few months went to order and said they have changed supplier and can't get the same.
Will not reply to contact made asking for previous supplier so we can get the last window to match the rest.
Real pity as seemed a real nice guy.
We were recommended and that person is also so disappointed.
