Always on the lookout for new pastries and top-rated spots in Sydney, my pursuit of culinary delights earned me the moniker "Miss Croissant." During a recent visit to Kiama down the coast, I explored a bakery I had been following on Instagram due to their enticing weekly specials. Excitement turned to disappointment when I tried their apple crème brûlée pastry, expecting a flaky delight but encountering a softer texture. Despite the lackluster pastry, the crème brûlée's taste, combined with the delightful apple, saved the experience. The blueberry danish and cinnamon roll, while okay, didn't quite meet the high standards I hold as a pastry enthusiast. Overall, the coffee was solid but not exceptional.

Spending the weekend in Kiama, we decided to get some baked goodies for breakfast. Parfait was highly recommended on Google so we decided to give them a go.
Very good pastry, sampled their Almond croissants, Peach&Rhubar Danish . 4 out of 5 for the pastry, nice flavors ,the sweetness was just right; the only downside was the texture. It wasn't as flaky ;it probably needed a bit of reheating. Which I did with a fan forced oven (* at the cabin), and the taste was even better, crispy, and flaky.
Try to get the pastry fresh in the morning.Parfait is popular with locals and tourists; however, service is quick, the staff are very friendly and the shop immaculate. I didn't try the coffee, but judging by the customers, it must be decent. So many combinations and options to try.
I will visit again, maybe this time I will try the coffee and the house special baked fresh daily.

Thank you so much for creating our amazing wedding cake. There were rave reviews all round and it looked exactly as we'd envisioned. Seamless delivery was much appreciated.

I visited this shop around 7am on a Wednesday, mid November 2021. I nearly drove away when I noticed about 20 people standing outside, thinking they were waiting in a queue, but I found out that some were waiting for coffee orders and the rest were there just to jibba jabba. Once inside I was served quickly and friendly. There are no signs but if you ask for a Croissant with ham and cheese, they will happily make it for you, even toaste it.
4x Danish, 3x Croissant with ham and cheese, 2x fruit juice drinks = $45.40
I wasn't about to wait ages for a coffee so I went without.
Everything was delicious.
