Came here for breakfast and ordered the big breaky. This place gets quite busy in the morning and the staff were very capable of handling everyone's requests. The restaurant is dog friendly which is a nice touch as well. Food came out reasonably fast as well considering how many orders were being served. The meal itself was decent sized, but I was surprised that they offer a single sausage cut in half, considering the price of the meal. The hash brown was nice and crispy. Mushrooms could have been seasoned a bit more. The tomato was flavourful and eggs were cooked to specification. Overall the meal was nice.
Great place to get a decent brunch. We had the big breakfast and it was very good (although we thought something 'green' wouldn't have gone amiss). The reason 4 stars is the Brisket sanger was way too heavy on the BBQ sauce; and apart from the cup, there was no difference between the Soy Cap and Soy Latte. But, otherwise it was all very good!
Take the time to get to this little gem!! Great service and the cook is a quiet achiever.. the food was awesome and the portion size was on point. The wife was very happy with her tea ☕. 2 cups out of the pot well done. Coffee was also good. Coffee isn't hard but it's hard to find a good one done right. Well done Short Black. I tip my hat to you.
We had a great experience with Sunday lunch last week with our family. We were a large group with adults and toddlers. The staff were so helpful and accommodating. They erected umbrellas for shade, got high chairs, took photos of us, and generally all other aspects of the service was quick friendly and efficient. The food was delicious and we thought, very reasonably priced. Highly recommended.
